If the dam/regulators at Clayton Bay and on the Currency Creek are to remain in place beyond May 2011, an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) must be completed.
Today was the due date for submissions regarding this action (EPBC 2009/5227).
The River, Lakes and Coorong Action Group Inc comments on the “Guidelines for the Content of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the Goolwa Channel Water Level Management Project” argued that the guidelines do not accurately describe the proposed action.
